Steven Allen is currently in his third decade of legal practice with his expertise in the inter-generational transfer of wealth, corporate entity structures and tax planning. He has given over 750 presentations in several states on these subjects. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the National Lawyers Association, and the National Speakers Association.

Steven serves clients in 26 states and several foreign countries. He was named as one of the Outstanding Young Men in Arizona and also as one of the Outstanding Young Men in America.

He appears in "Who's Who in Practicing Attorneys." He has been quoted in The Arizona Republic, Phoenix Gazette, Scottsdale Progress, Raising Arizona Kids, Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine, and various other professional and economic publications. He has appeared numerous times on television and radio, even hosting his own call-in talk show.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law.
