Leave a Life Legacy That Does Not End Up
In Probate Court

From: Steven W. Allen, JD
Tuesday, 10:15 a.m.

Dear Big Table Friends;

You don’t realize it, but in the next few minutes you are going to learn why owning your company in the wrong name can cost you big time. It cost one man $526,000.

Read on . . .

At the Big Table, Loral spends a lot of time telling you to create the right business entities for your companies and investments. She also makes it clear that you are not finished without having your own revocable living trust to be the ultimate owner of your business entities.

Remember the chart she drew with the big box labeled “Living Trust” at the top? That means that your Living Trust should be the foundation for all your personal and business entities.

Why? Because it gives you control in the event of your death or incapacity. You will

• Avoid probate

• Decide who will run your business

• Who will make decisions about the business activities

• Decide who will own your business if you should no longer be around

• Bypass the problems of transferring your companies

Have you noticed that in the frenzy of creating your entities for your businesses and investments, it’s easy to put off creating your Living Trust?

Now, we’ve made it easy for you. . . .

to Provide Your Revocable Living Trust
with Essential Legal Trust Documents

I have been a small business coach, an estate planning and asset protection attorney for more than 32 years. I have given thousands of presentations on these topics from Florida to California. I am now a member of Loral’s Big Table. I am also a member of the National Lawyer’s Association, the Arizona Bar Association, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the National Speaker’s Association.

I meet with people across the United States and train them how to get their basic estate planning in place and how to bullet-proof their assets from lawsuits.

l have a clientele of thousands of people from all walks of life. I have helped the very wealthy as well as the average middle-class American prepare their estates. In every case, I was able to save at least 5% of value of their estate.

You don’t want your businesses to languish in the court system to determine who should control them, when you can’t. I don’t either.

Case in point. Here’s what happened to one of my clients:

“A client came to me a few years back. Her father had just passed away. He was a successful author with a steady stream of income from his many health-related books. He also had a warehouse full of his books ready to sell.

In addition, his portfolio included several pieces of real estate worth well over $1,000,000.

Problem was, he only had a will.

Here’s what happened. . . .

and this could happen to your business, so listen up!

First, the court appointed and executor and a conservator of the estate. Guess who they appointed? One of the adult children? No! They appointed a bank!

Some of the kids wanted to keep the real estate. Some didn’t. Now what do think the bank wanted to do with the real estate? That’s right . . . they wanted to sell it. Remember, banks don’t like real estate . . . they like cash! So, they sold it at a fire sale for much less than the land was worth.

What do you think the bank did with the books in the warehouse?

You guessed it . . . nothing.

They just sat there and gathered dust until the estate was settled more than two years later. No marketing was done, so sales declined drastically.

Who lost? The heirs . . . the ones the father cared most about in this world. They were severely short changed. . . . to the tune of $526,000!

It could have been very different with a Living Trust in place. The book sales could have continued with a significant revenue for the children. The settlement could have been private and settled in months instead of years. And the land . . . it could have been sold for what it was worth.

But none of that happened because her father thought a will was good enough.”

What would you want to happen with your business? Who would you choose to be in charge of your businesses? Yes, you can name that person in your Living Trust.

Why choose me, Steven W. Allen, to create your Living Trust?

Here’s what others have said:

“The trust Mr. Allen prepared for us is the most complete Living Trust our agent has ever seen. The trust absolutely left nothing out. He told us we had definitely chosen the right attorney. I am totally confident they my living trust is the best ever. Our advance planning saved me lots of money and lots of heartache. I will forever be grateful. ” – Helen West

“The best thing about Mr. Allen is that he doesn’t charge us for every phone call. Our other attorney charged us at least $15 for every call – no matter how small – and it made me so mad. But Mr. Allen or one of his assistants could help us for no charge. How refreshing.”

– John H. Tanner, retired President of the Tanner Companies

“What really impressed me about Steve’s work was not only the high quality but the speed in which I received my trust. I was so surprised when my trust was done before the three weeks he promised!”

“I love the personalized CD he sends me explaining the trust document and how to keep my trust current.”

So, make sure your entities’ ownership is held in the proper manner. . . in your Living Trust. Avoid those problems with death or incapacity. It’s easy. Just follow the steps on Steve’s website especially for those at the Big Table.
